  • You can easily book an appointment via WhatsApp, email or the online booking system.

  • I will discuss the process, any wishes you may have, and any special needs with you in advance.

  • At the same time, I will pass on all information regarding the payment process (cash or card).

 

• Arrival and preparation

  • I will come directly to you at the location where the massage is to take place.

  • I always plan 5-10 minutes earlier to prepare the massage table or massage chair and the necessary materials.

  • You tell me in advance where I can set up the lounger or chair.

  • I will bring a portable music system to create a relaxing atmosphere – or you can choose your own music if you prefer.

 

• The massage

  • Full body or selected techniques (e.g., deep tissue, aromatherapy oil, bamboo)

  • I adjust pressure, speed and technique individually to your needs.

  • The calm atmosphere and music ensure maximum relaxation.

 

• After the massage

  • I tidy up my materials and make sure everything is left in good order.

  • Payment is made directly on site, in cash or by card , as already discussed when scheduling the appointment.

  • Optionally, I can give tips on aftercare, stretching, or relaxation for home.
